The lawsuit also alleges Stable infringed on Getty’s trademark, citing images generated by its AI system with Getty’s watermark that Getty said could be confusing to consumers.
Getty has asked the court to order Stable to stop using its images and to seek monetary damages including Stabilization’s profits from the alleged infringement.
