Gervonta Davis Vs. Ryan Garcia On April 15

Via Allan Fox: Ryan Garcia vs Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis will take place April 15 on pay-per-view channel Showtime & DAZN in Las Vegas, as long as there are no injuries during Tank’s adjusted match on April 7 January in Washington, DC.
Mike Coppinger is reporting the April 15 news for the Davis-Ryan match, but again, matters will depend on whether Gervonta (27-0, 25 KOs) makes it through the May 7 game. 1 without injury or any wound or not. Other types of injuries take time to heal.
It’s likely that Ryan (23-0.19 KOs) will also adjust, which makes it even more risky that one of them will get injured.
“Ryan Garcia versus Tank Davis, what’s up? Are you guys excited about the fight? Oscar De La Hoya said through fight TV centerIt will be one of those fights you don’t want to miss, that’s for sure.
“I am extremely excited. I really want to deliver the best fights, and that’s what we do best. Ryan wants this fight, and Tank wants this fight.
“We came to a consensus, and we bent down to make things happen and make sure everyone was happy. All we need to do is sign the dotted line. That’s basically it.
ESPN sources say the date of the match between Gervonta Davis and Ryan Garcia is April 15. Of course, Gervonta must first win and be uninjured after the correction on January 7. “I’m so excited that DAZN and Showtime are teaming up to bring you this special fight.
Let’s talk about who will win. Obviously I have to go with Ryan because he’s my Golden Boy fighter, but not only that. I think Ryan has speed, strength, intelligence and leadership; he is tall; he has rapid twitching movements.
“Will be very interesting; this will be fun. It will be fun to watch. It was one of those battles where whoever made the first mistake would be caught and possibly killed. This is why you don’t want to miss this fight. So we will see.
“Anyway, we’re close. We are waiting for the contracts to be signed. That’s basically it, both fighters want it. We all agree on everything, and like I said, we’re incredibly proud to bring you this big fight.
“I also want to touch Crawford and Spence. Look, these are complicated negotiations and nothing is easy, especially when you’re representing yourself.
“I promise you these negotiations are nothing like what many of the experts out there imagine. Many people think they are experts, but it’s not easy,” De La Hoya said.
