Germany grapples with another Christmas market attack
Germany is in mourning after a car drove into a crowd at a Christmas market in the city of Magdeburg, killing five people and injuring more than 200.
As the BBC’s Europe correspondent Bethany Bell reports, this is not the first time Germany has faced a vehicle attack at a Christmas market.
While the government promises to open an investigation, many Germans are wondering how such an incident could happen again.
