According to the lawsuit, Brooks also sent her sexually explicit messages, groped her multiple times and frequently changed his clothes in front of her. The filing charges Brooks with sexual assault and battery and seeks a jury trial, monetary and punitive damages, and payment of attorney’s fees.
Brooks filed suit against Roe in Mississippi, where she lives, on September 13, using the pseudonym John Doe in her court filings.
