The defendant and YSL member in question are reportedly 22-year-old Christian Eppinger, the outlet reports.

The trail of evidence between Stanley – a woman – and Eppinger becomes hard for other officers to ignore.

Deputies are said to have personally seen Eppinger communicating with someone on Instagram named Koren Gates while using the lawyer’s computer in the courtroom.

This happened about six times, according to the outlet. Each time the delegates reported that they had reprimanded Eppinger and his attorney.

At the time, authorities were unaware that Stanley was behind the other Instagram account in question.

How authorities knew YSL Deputy and Defendant were communicating: Background

Stanley’s middle name is Koren, and she used to live at an address on Gates Avenue that the authorities eventually learned.

When a violent altercation between Eppinger and a prison officer broke out last month, Stanley allegedly stood by and did nothing to help rein in the YSL branch.

The subpoena says Stanley even tried to comfort Eppinger after the argument, rubbing his back while telling him, “Look at me, honey.”

Eppinger is said to have even given Stanley a birthday card purchased from the prison’s committee, according to the subpoena.

The prosecutor is use these new warrants to remove Eppinger’s case from the eight remaining YSL defendants awaiting trial.

The order is also used to name Eppinger’s attorney as an accomplice. Attorney Eric Johnson has since been named for allowing Eppinger to use his computer for illegal communications, WSB-TV report.

“My client, Mr Eppinger, allegedly had inappropriate communications with his deputy – Mrs. Stanley – on Instagram… while using my computer,” Johnson said. FOOD 5.

Additionally, Johnson believes he will still be allowed to represent Eppinger when he is removed from the YSL trial for a person of his own.

“I believe that having him on trial alone may make it harder for him to reach a verdict of innocence,” the lawyer further explained.

Meanwhile, both Eppinger and Stanley’s Instagram counts have been deleted.
