Fugue is a new form of Tingyun in Honkai: Star Rail
HoYoVerse has finally released a new version Honkai: Star Railway Drip marketing revealed that the other upcoming character will be Fugue, a five-star form of Tingyun. She will be a part of Update 2.7 along with a playable version of Penacony Sunday.
Fugue will be a five-star Nihility unit when she launches. She will deal fire damage when attacking. As before, she remains a Foxian. However, her outfit and hairstyle have changed in this new form.
Here is the official announcement:
The original four-star Tingyun was a part of the Honkai: Star Railway since the game launched. She’s an ever-present four-star character, although it’s easier to get her when she’s one of the focus units on the five-star highlight banner. That version of her deals lightning damage and she is part of the Harmony path designed to support allies.
There’s nothing unusual about the characters currently in Honkai: Star Railway to get a new form. Tingyun and Fugue are an example. The previous ones were Dan Heng and Imbibitor Lunae. In each case, the starting character is a four-star unit. The sequel then achieved five-star results. In each of these cases, the paths and elements are different for the updated five-star forms.
Honkai: Star Railway is available for PS5, PC and mobile, and Fugue will be part of the 2.7 update. Tingyun, as a four-star, is a permanent part of the gacha.
