Sam Bankman-Fried’s crypto exchange FTX has won an auction for assets Voyager Digital with a $1.42 billion bid, the bankrupt crypto broker and lender said.
The deal follows a two-week competitive process, Voyager said in a statement Monday. FTX and competitive crypto exchange Binance both have bids close to $50 millionThe Wall Street Journal reported it earlier this month.
