Fortnite and My Hero Academia: How to Get Deku’s Smash Legendary Weapon

My Hero Academia has arrived fortressand over the next two weeks it will have a huge impact on the way you play. That’s because this partnership isn’t just about cosmetics in the item store – though it certainly has those. But on top of that, the island is now home to a new MHA-themed Mythical weapon: Deku’s Smash.

Deku’s Smash is also a big change to the Fortnite meta like Kamehameha in his Dragonball collaboration this past summer. This means you should expect things to explode even further over the next two weeks, as players are bound to be constantly throwing this around.

What is the Deku’s Smash mythical weapon really?

Remember that Kamehameha is basically a giant laser that can melt anything you point it at – as long as you can survive its full charge time? Deku’s Smash is a pretty similar concept, with the main difference being that it’s like you’re throwing a huge bomb.

In terms of gameplay, the difference here is that while the Kamehameha will deal damage to anything it touches and will last for a certain amount of time, Deku’s Smash fires a bullet that explodes in a burst. single large explosion after it hits any hard surface- -or the player. And yes, it is extremely good at destroying buildings and especially player structures.

Where to get the legendary Deku’s Smash in Fortnite Battle Royale

There are three methods to get your own Deku’s Smash mythology that you can use to destroy your enemies and any buildings they are hiding in.

First: supply drops. During the My Hero Academia event, the island will receive special supplies from All Might containing Deku’s Smash. You’ll see these marked on your map whenever they drop, just like regular supply drops.

Second: vending machine. Fortnite’s battle royale island will be dotted with new My Hero Academia vending machines that will sell you a Deku’s Smash in exchange for 250 gold bars.

Third: defeat the enemy carrying one and take theirs. This is pretty self explanatory.

However, remember that Fortnite x My Hero Academia is a limited time event will run through December 29, so make sure you get in as soon as you can!
