There is a legal hearing starting on Monday regarding the product liability case that resulted 1.7 billion USD punitive awards against automakers. Investors seem a little worried about the case of Georgia. They probably don’t have to – yet.
The prize is part of a jury verdict Some part of it argues that Ford (code: F) is responsible for the inadequate roof durability of its super trucks. Two people were killed in 2014 after their super truck ran over it. Ford insists that their design is sensible.
