Following the Early Access weekend, the Concord Open Beta in Southeast Asia will be available to all players on PS5 and PC starting Friday, July 19 through Monday, July 22.
No matter which platform you play on, Concord Beta Early Access and Open Beta will let you team up with friends on PS5 or PC through optional cross-play support.
Play the entire 16 Freegunner roster
You won’t have to wait until launch to find your favorite Freegunner(s). During the Concord beta weekend, you’ll be able to play as all 16 Freegunners that will be available at launch. Whether you enjoy running and gunning, sealing off an area, shooting from afar, or supporting your team, there are Freegunners for players of many different play styles and skill levels.
From familiar faces like Haymar, Vale, Lennox, 1-0FF and Star Child from the trailer to other members of the Northstar crew, like It-Z, Teo, Bazz, etc., you’ll get to experiment and learn how each character brings their own unique strategic abilities, sense of movement and gunplay, and most of all, your own personality on the battlefield.
Explore (and fight through) multiple planets and modes
During both weekends of the Concord Beta, you’ll be able to visit and battle across multiple worlds and maps in Concord Galaxy.
During the Concord Beta Early Access weekend, you’ll have the chance to play on four maps: Free water: Set in a fortified outpost on the sun-scorched planet of Glance, Freewater features intersecting ring lanes and a vast central courtyard in the middle of the map, serving as the main gathering point and inspiring fierce battles.
Flood risk: On the stormy water planet Leviathan, a giant armored eel, known as Morack, has been captured and is being harvested on a large floating fishing platform. Players will fight across the platform and into the jaws of Morack at a key harvesting location.
Star Room: Perched atop the planet’s tallest mountain Gloom is an ancient observatory with narrow corridors and a meteorite in the center, creating excellent opportunities for team battles and one-on-one combat.
Risk of shock: Set beneath a giant conductive kite in the sky collecting lightning on the planet Leviathan, Shock Risk features multiple unique arenas to battle rival crews with paths converging at a large central tower.
During the Open Beta weekend, a new world and fifth map will be introduced: Bone Mine on the planet Akkar.
Bone beak: The remains of the vast lands on the tropical planet of Akkar have become the site of the Clan’s lucrative mining operation, where you will fight through excavated bones and mining caves in a combination of close and medium range combat.
Concord Beta will also have multiple modes to suit your mood, whether it’s jumping into a quick match after work or teaming up with friends for more cooperative and competitive play.
Concord Early Access Beta will launch this weekend with three modes:
Trophy hunting: Respawn mode, where you fight to take down opposing crew members and collect their bonus cards to earn points for your team. The first team to reach the target point before time runs out wins.
Shipment: A non-respawn mode where teams compete to retrieve the Blue Buddy robotic package delivery system, place it in one of the zones, and protect it from the opposing team to win.
Conflict point: A round-based, no-respawn game mode where teams compete to gain control of a single capture zone at a central location on the map.
Then, during Open Beta week, you’ll be able to try out the new mode: Zone Control.
Area Control: Respawn mode where teams compete to control multiple capture and control zones on the map. Control two or more zones to increase your team’s score and reach the score threshold to win.
