An ‘Instagram-popular’ baker has shared her simple recipe for decadent chocolate chip dips – and their perfect recipe for a cold night in town.
“They are super delicious and you can dip them in whatever spreads or sauces you want… melted Biscoff, Nutella, salted caramel sauce or even pistachio,” she says.
She explains in the post that the recipe includes butter, sugar, flour, eggs, and chocolate, and makes 24 delicious bars that take just 25 minutes to cook.
Eloise starts by whisking butter and sugar before adding eggs and vanilla essence.
She then adds flour, salt, and bicarbonate of soda to the mixture before folding it gently – being careful not to over-mix.
After it’s ‘combined’, the famous baker will add chocolate crumbs, before scooping it up onto a tray and topping it off with extra pieces of milk chocolate.
She says it’s important to let the cookie mix cool after it’s finished baking, as this allows the cake to set and become firm.
