AP News reported that Diddy is scheduled to appear before a federal judge on Tuesday morning. Since then, CNN obtained a deposition from Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo. Agnifilo appeared in Manhattan court on September 17.
“We knew this was coming,” Agnifilo explained, adding that he expected Diddy to be charged with extortion and sex trafficking.
Agnifilo reportedly noted that Diddy intended to plead not guilty.
