Far: Tide changes come in early March

Far: Tide Change, the sequel to 2018’s Far: Lone Sails, has secured a release date and isn’t too far away (eh?). The post-apocalyptic meditative adventure departs March 1.
Like its predecessor, Change Tides requires the player to pilot and maintain a large makeshift ship, this time exploring a flooded world. Along the way, you’ll explore underwater cities and other human remains while solving environmental puzzles on board or on foot. The teenage protagonist can also dive below the surface to recover scraps and other materials. Like in the first game, don’t be surprised if you become attached to your ship as you constantly tinker with it to overcome new obstacles. The new release date trailer offers a fresh brief look at what’s in store.
Far: Changing Tides will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. You can read our review of the first game here.
