Along with the Louisiana Derby Preview Bet Day card, Saturday, February 18, the Fair Grounds Raceway in New Orleans will host a handicap competition. As part of a continuation series, organized by admin Bill & Mary Hirsch, the top four places will receive bonuses. With a participation fee of $100.00, to be submitted by Friday, February 17th, the minimum expected amount is $5000.
