Exxon
Mobil, America’s largest energy company, reported the highest profit in its 152-year history.
The oil and gas giant said adjusted third-quarter earnings of $18.7 billion, or $4.45 per share, on revenue of $112 billion. Analysts had expected adjusted earnings per share of $3.86 and revenue of $105 billion, according to FactSet data.
