Exxon Mobil (NYSE:XOM) said Friday that Boeing President and former Continental Airlines CEO Larry Kellner and former Raytheon International CEO John Harris II have join its boardthe company’s first new director as of the 1st Engine campaign in May 2021.
The board of directors has expanded to 13 directors, 12 of which are independent, Exxon (XOM) speak.
Exxon (XOM) said the new directors “bring key skills and experience as the company executes its strategy in the burgeoning energy transition.”
Led by Africa Projects, Exxon Mobil (XOM) “will move from a means of income gradually to a medium of income and growth in the future,” Long Player wrote in a New analysis published on Seeking Alpha.
