Every Rise of Minion Naga Will Come to Hearthstone Battlegrounds
Hearthstone Battlegrounds only a few days until a major shake-up. On May 10, Blizzard will release update 23.2, which includes a substantial Rise of the Naga update for Hearthstone’s auto-battler. Along with that comes a new hero, Queen Azshara, and an all-new rookie keyword called Spellcraft that gives players spells that temporarily escape into the air during each turn to power up their minions. .
Speaking of minions, a new race of creatures will be coming to Rise of the Naga, and of course, Naga herself will join the fray. Murloc will no longer be the only amphibians to make their presence known in Battlegrounds. In total, Rise of the Naga will add 23 minions to Battlegrounds’ deck of cards, all of which you can see below.
Since Naga is an up-and-coming character in Battlegrounds, that tribe will get the most support, with a total of 16 Nagas being added to the game. They will mostly be cards tied to Spellcraft, although there is a non-Naga who has this ability. Five more minions of other types are joining the card team as all-new minions, and two familiar faces are returning to the format. However, with all of these additions, there will be some subtraction; five minions will be removed from Battlegrounds shortly after patch 23.2 launches on Tuesday.
