Editor’s review is old navy high waisted shorts

I wish I could keep this information to myself, Old Navy’s new part coming be stocked with incredible summer essentials. Among them are Lazy straight high-waisted shorts, 5-inch trouser leg ($20, originally $40), made me gasp when I saw them for the first time. Not only are light washes perfect for summer, but they come in a great length that I’d say not too long and not too short, and are the epitome of coolness.

When they arrived a few days later, I placed my order in my usual size, 6, and there was some serious damage when unpacking the product was expected. I admit that I was in such a hurry that while trying them on, I managed to get my foot through the frayed lacerations and thus make them a little more miserable than it was initially. Thankfully, they look intentionally coarser, but I recommend moving slower than I do, unless you want to give them a little more character.

In the time I’ve had them – a little over two weeks – I’ve worn them more than five times. I wore them several times on a recent trip to California and am wearing them as I type because the weather is *finally* warming up in Minnesota. Surname to be It’s a bit bigger than I expected, but honestly I don’t mind, especially since my legs and waist have more room to breathe.

I know I’m starting to feel like a record is broken by how often I say this about Old Navy clothesBut these shorts are of such high quality that it is hard to believe the price. (Did I mention they’re half now?) Not only that, they’re actually really easy to style. I can picture them with everything from a basic ribbed upper, like the one I have ( Super cut knitted tank top$8, FYI), for a cool long sleeve blouse.

I highly recommend adding this style to your cart quickly if you want to make them yours. After all, the brand is no stranger to selling out certain designs in record time, and I can attest that these shorts are going to be very wearable this summer, while I’m not in the market. love to step on the frayed lacerations again and literally destroy them. time. I should probably buy a second pair first.
