First, wash and blanch about 200 g of spinach until they wilt. This process should not take more than 5 minutes. Strain and keep it aside to cool. Crack 4-5 eggs into a bowl and beat well. Add salt and black pepper powder to taste. Then, add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch. Add about 1/4 cup of warm water. Mix and then add the spinach and combine everything well.

Now, pour the mixture into a glass bowl, cover with cling film and poke some holes in the top with a toothpick. Now keep this bowl in the steamer or place it on a steaming plate over boiling water. Let it cook. Remove and cut into thin slices.
