Drake confirmed to intervene with Swedish police after the team refused to arrest him

The document in question is part of a collection of photos and videos from Drake’s recent trip to Ibiza, which shows the four-time Grammy Award winner partying at a nightclub with friends.

Rumor has it that Drake was arrested at a Swedish club on marijuana-related charges last week, however, his team will continue to deny the allegations against him. The Hollywood Reporterinsists the rapper has not been arrested and was in his hotel on the night in question.

It essentially breaks Drake’s rights under Swedish law, in the same way that Miranda’s rights are provided to people accused of crimes in the US, according to TMZ.

The bullet point in the print explains how the suspect has the right to “know what you are under suspicion and why you are being detained.”

It goes on to say that Drake can “receive the assistance of a defense attorney who may be paid by the state under certain conditions,” which likely won’t apply to the billionaire. Many people have a net worth in 2022 currently around $250 million, according to the most recent figures.

The document also states that “if you are not a citizen of Sweden, you have the right to request that your country’s consulate or equivalent organization be notified of your detention and that messages from you must transferred there.”
