Downtown Mischief remains undefeated in Cicada
Sent as 1-2 chalks, DOWNTOWN MISCHIEF (Into Mischief) struggled but came out victorious in Aqueduct’s Cicada S. Sandwiched between horses in a tightly grouped field, she came under pressure from even Hot Little Thing (army mule) and Great Humor (Realistic jokes) over the extreme. Finally getting her cue as the trio went straight to cash, Downtown Mischief got into action and outplayed everyone except Tappin Josie (Anchor Down) which was closing but green for the win. win. The 3-year-old track and field boy sprinted six long distances at a ratio of 1:13.72. Lifetime record: 3-3-0-0. O/B-Lady Sheila Stable; T-Linda Rice.
