Dillian Whyte is pushed by opponent’s promoter in a heated confrontation
Dillian Whyte’s battle week is never dull – especially when the big man from Brixton exploits his old personality, The villain Dillian.
He did just that when things got hot with Jermaine Franklin’s coach, Jesse Addison. Addison said Whyte is a ‘wounded lion’ who has been knocked down twice and will be knocked down by ‘healthy lions’ – aka Franklin. He went on to ask Buddy McGirt, Whyte’s new coach, to speak because Whyte was ‘mumbling’.
‘The Bodysnatcher’ didn’t accept it kindly.
Dillian Whyte told Jermaine Franklin’s coach at their pre-match press conference on Saturday: “I don’t care if you’re retired, I’ll beat you up if you keep talking. “

“Fucking idiot, bozo, relax, man.”
“Dude, stop talking nonsense. You better stop talking before you get hit. I’m going to beat up an old mother, I don’t give af**k. I don’t care if you’re retired, I’ll beat you up if you keep talking.
“Shut up. Damn you.”
Things don’t end there. In a strange turn of events, Whyte did back and forth, pushing and shoving, with Dmitry Salita in the ceremonial confrontation. Salita, a former boxer, is a promoter for Franklin as well as Otto Wallin – the man who had a fight with Whyte before the British boxer withdrew due to injury.

Whyte tries to move towards Franklin’s team but is held back by his team as well as the security forces present.
The film shows the simmering tension before a big fight between both men. Whyte has to get back on track after a knockout loss to Tyson Fury in April, and despite being undefeated, he will go into the favorites – making the loss even worse.
Franklin, on the other hand, had dangled the last heavy carrot in front of him. Eddie Hearn has said he will fight Anthony Joshua – plus a hefty sum – if he wins.
It all comes down to this weekend at Wembley Arena, broadcast live on DAZN.
