Diablo 4 Sorcerer level build for beta

Diablo 4 Sorcerer’s level build focuses mainly on range of influence (AoE) due to the multitude of enemy mobs that you have to eliminate. Basic: Spark (Flashing) – Spark is your spamming spell that can easily knock out other enemies. It is also a vehicle for generating Crackling Energy, small orbs that cause lightning to emanate from your character to hit nearby enemies.

Core: Chain Lightning (Destruction) – Chain Lightning bounces back enemies and your character, with crit can also generate Crackling Energy.

Defense: Frost Nova (Mystic) – Frost Nova is ideal for building Diablo 4 Sorcerer as it is an important crowd control spell. Enemies are not only frozen, but also become vulnerable (i.e. take increased damage).

Conjuration: Hydra (to be called) – Hydra is something that you plop down on, as it is a creature that acts like an automatic turret. It will quickly shoot enemies, and your crit will also increase its crit chance.

Expertise: Meteor (Mage) – Meteor has a very large AoE radius, made even better by the Advanced variant. With it, hitting three or more enemies will potentially cause another Meteor to fall.

Finally: Deep Freeze – Deep Freeze serves as your emergency button as it makes your character immune for four seconds. Furthermore, you will deal extra damage, apply a cold effect, and cause an explosion when the time runs out.

Passive:

• Elemental Attunement – This is mainly to reset the cooldown of Frost Nova (or any other Defense skill of your choice).
• Glass Cannon – Another possible option for more DPS, although you also take more damage in return.
• Static Discharge – This increases the chance to form Split Energy when your Shock skill is critical.

enchanted:

• Fireball – Kill enemies with any skill that causes them to explode; This fireball deals 50% of its damage.
