Piano Man has created a niche for itself like no other restaurant in Delhi-NCR. The brainchild of Arjun Sagar Gupta, it has brought together some of the most famous jazz musicians in the world. Officials at the restaurant will swear by the lively atmosphere with performances lining up every night. At The Piano Man, music is taken with the utmost seriousness, which is why it has become a hub for music lovers. But in our opinion, it scores well even in the food and beverage department! We recently visited The Piano Man Delhi for an evening full of delicious food, meticulously crafted drinks and of course, some soulful jazz.
From Asian to Italian, continental to light fare – The Piano Man brings together the best of many cuisines. We started our meal with their Dim Sums – Peanuts and Vegetables Dim Sums as Shiitake, Shimeji Mushroom and Water Chestnut Dim Sum steamed. While the latter is smooth and creamy, the former is a bit spicy. The Mushrooms stuffed with Nonya sauce also very perfect and melted with cheese inside. This dish is topped with microgreens and edible flowers for an Insta-worthy presentation. Our operators have been paired with the most incredible ones Sour whiskey cocktails as well Ginger Fuzz mocktails. Both drinks are thoughtfully prepared and well-balanced.

After much consideration about the power supply, we tried Teriyaki Tofu Bao served with lettuce, green apple and smoked cheese dip. Banh Bao is very soft and the filling is not too spicy. The Burma Khao Suey The main course was surprisingly delicious and had a layer of crispy peanuts and onions along with a pleasant array of flavours. We also tried Vegetables Peri Peri Pizza which has a great advantage to it. The sole has the right grip while not collapsing, a balance that is often difficult to achieve.

Last but not least, we would definitely recommend giving it a try Homemade churros at The Piano Man. This crispy Spanish dessert is paired with caramel sauce as well as dark chocolate. Although the Churros are a bit thicker for our liking, they are still delicious!
