Delhi air quality worsens this morning in Diwali, data shows

SAFAR data shows the rate of stubble burning in Delhi is 2-3%, less than 15% recorded last year at this time. Delhi has banned the production, possession, sale and lighting of firecrackers on this Diwali holiday. Those caught violating the ban will be fined and jailed for six months.
