Lamb Boti Pepper Fry
The most important part of any cafe is the food and De’Lan prides itself on its unique and fusion creations, inspired by Indian and European delicacies. During our visit to the cafe, we had the pleasure of trying the Boti Lamb Fried Pepper, Malai Kofta Asparagus, Thyme Cottage Cheese and Turkish Baloon Bread. As for drinks, we enjoyed a Blackforest Spritzer and a Banana Biscoff smoothie.

Lamb Boti Pepper Fry is a spicy lamb curry served with lachha paratha, lamb lovers will love it! Asparagus Malai Kofta is a Westernized version of the classic desi malai kofta, but creamier in color. Thyme Cottage Cheese offers a delicious steak served with an aromatic and spicy sauce. Turkish Baloon Bread is true to its name; Turkish roti is soft and smooth shaped like a balloon.
The cafe has done a great job in striking a balance between European flavors and Indian spices in their fusion dishes. The mysterious atmosphere of the Indo-European cafe complements the varied and interesting menu.
