Deebo Samuel wants to be the NFL’s highest-paid non-QB?

Deebo Samuel is looking for a new contract from San Francisco 49ersand the star wide receiver is aiming pretty high.

Samuel is looking to become one of the highest-paid broads in the NFL. Not only that, but Fort Worth Star-Telegram’s Clarence Hill reports that he wants to be the highest-paid unpaid quarterback in the league.

Samuel was more than just a generalist. He had a breakout third season in San Francisco. He caught 77 passes in 1,405 yards and 59 dashes in 365 yards. He also scored a total of 14 touchdowns and established himself as one of the most dynamic players in the NFL.

Because he is so important to his team’s offense, Samuel feels he is even more valuable than the top scorers in the game. He has seen the massive contract extensions players have signed this season and is looking for even more of them, which could simply be a negotiating tactic.

Either way, Samuel didn’t seem happy with his situation. He had a Unsophisticated way to show it on social media this week. The Niners have time on their side, but Samuel may try to put more pressure on as the season begins.
