At least seven people have died after wildfires broke out in the Aveiro and Viseu regions of Portugal, although cooler weather has helped extinguish the flames.
Dozens of homes have been destroyed and tens of thousands of hectares of forest and bushland have been burned.
Reinforcements from Spain and Morocco have arrived to help extinguish the fire.
