Dead Space Remake: Plasma Cutter and Pulse Rifle Sound changed after fan feedback

EA announced that they are working on a Dead Space remake in 2021, share details about screen not loading and how it learns from past mistakes. Since then, Motive Studios has been sharing new information through special behind-the-scenes live streams and an event last month all about the remake’s audio.
Introductory motive new gameplay to highlight some of the audio changes it made in the remake so far, especially about the famous Plasma Cutter and Pulse Rifle weapons. During the live stream, fans discussed their thoughts on weapon sounds in the live chat, and it looks like Motive used those suggestions and feedback from elsewhere to make amends. more sound.
As you can see in the Tweet above, Motive has changed the way the Plasma Cutter and Pulse Rifle sound. Both have a deeper and more focused sound than in the March Livestream. You can hear these weapons sound in the original Dead Space, how they sound in the March stream, and how they sound. now in it videoand the changes are pretty obvious to those tweaked to the remake’s sound.
These changes aren’t final, of course, and it wouldn’t be surprising if Motive listened to feedback on the new sounds to modify weapon sounds further. The next time we’ll see more of this Dead Space remake will be in a special stream next month, focusing on its visuals.
