City enter the final day of the season against Liverpool a point on the Premier League table and need a win to secure the title. Aston Villa threatened to win as they led 2-0 in the second half on Sunday. But Man City came back with three goals in a frantic five-minute span to secure the necessary win.
Ilkay Gundogan started the comeback with a goal in the 76th minute to give Man City hope. Just two minutes later, Rodri leveled with a goal in the 78th minute.
