COME WITH US. Film premiere in Paris. Marc O’Polo launches new campaign


PARIS 7. OCTOBER 2021 Marc O’Polo hosted several premieres at the campaign launch in Paris yesterday. For the first time in the studio’s history, a film and sustainability theme are at the heart of the Scandinavian luxury brand’s campaign. In addition, Marc O’Polo made his debut at Paris Fashion Week and left an indelible impression.

Inside the ELLIA ART GALLERY, 300 guests from the international fashion scene were treated to an artfully designed movie set in a captivating atmosphere. Among those in attendance were director and photographer Jonas Lindstroem, campaign models Bilel Ben Ahmed, Gabriel “Ottawa” Abgolo and Kwami Efoe; influencers Caro Daur, Sophia Roe, Freja Wewer and Mara Lafontan; members of the press; key opinion leaders; and buyers from Printemps, Galeries Lafayette, DeBijenkorf and other leading industry buyers.

Vast forests, epic rivers, soaring mountains. During the premiere, emotional nature shots, the campaign’s backdrop, were projected on an oversized LED screen, punctuated by Nick Coutsier’s immersive dance performance. The campaign’s unifying element, an abstract cube, serves as the focal point of the venue, while the DJ choreographed by Piu Piu helps set the tone.

The epic picture film, purely presented and exquisitely positioned in the adjoining room, was the highlight of the evening. Fascinating moments. Concise image. A statement at the end of Paris Fashion Week, with a message to unite all guests and Marc O’Polo: IT’S ON US. SUSTAINABLE FROM 1967.

The brilliant launch of the Fall/Winter 2021 campaign kicks off a high-reach campaign that will be rolled out across all of the casual lifestyle brand’s key markets. Along with TV spots, City Lights and a full-blown digital campaign, the first CO2-neutral Marc O’Polo campaign will expand internationally across multiple strategic points of sale.
