The Board of Directors of the Integrity and Safety Authority (HISA) has elected Dr. Noah Cohen, VMD, MPH, PhD, DACVIM-LA, to complete the remainder of Dr. Paul Lunn’s term on the Committee Permanent Safety of Tracks after Dr. Lunn returned to England.
