The original suitfiled in Miami, calling FTX “the house of cards, a Ponzi scheme in which FTX entities shuffle customer funds between their opaque affiliated entities.”

According to Thursday’s announcement, there are no defendants in the case – including Bankman-Fried, NFL quarterback Tom BradyComedian Larry David, tennis player Naomi Osaka, and the NBA’s Golden State Warriors – have received summons or complaints.

Garrison’s attorney, Adam Moskowitz, did not respond to CoinDesk’s request for comment on whether the matter has been resolved out of court.
