Citroen eC3 stocked before coming soon, taking pre-orders from January 22

Citroen has perfected the first all-electric vehicle for the Indian market, the eC3. before it’s coming out. Pre-orders of the Citroen eC3 EV will begin on January 22. This is an all-electric version of the C3 crossover. The EV appears identical to the car’s internal-combustion-powered variant. At launch, this will be the French automaker’s third model in India after the C5 Aircross and C3.

With an expected price of about $ninety thousand, Citroen eC3 will be a tough challenge for competitors like Tata Nexon EV, Tata Tigor EV and Tata Tiago EV, among others. The EV will be available in two trim options – Direct and Feel.
Citroen eC3 draws power from a 29.2 kWh battery pack combined with an electric motor that produces a maximum power of 57 PS and a maximum torque of 143 Nm. EC3 can accelerate from 0-60 km/h in 6.8 seconds with a top speed of 107 km/h. The battery pack supports DC fast charging allowing a full 10-80 percent charge in 57 minutes. Using a 15A power outlet will take 10.5 hours to charge the battery pack from 10 to 100%.
