Chrissy Teigen is two years pregnant after suffering a catastrophic miscarriage.
TV presenter and model said she is “feeling hopeful and wonderful” as she shares the pregnancy news on Instagram to her 38 million followers.
Mrs Teigen, who is married to John Legend, suffered a stillbirth at 20 weeks of pregnancy in September 2020, which she described as the ‘greatest pain’ imaginable.
The couple have a daughter named Luna, six, and a son Miles, four.
The 36-year-old wrote on Instagram: “The past few years have, to say the least, faded, but joy has filled our home and our hearts.
“I don’t think I’m going to walk out of the date with more excitement than nerves but so far everything is perfect and beautiful and I’m feeling hopeful and wonderful.”
She shared about how anxious she felt going through the pregnancy process after going missing two years ago.
The couple named their baby Jack.
Her openness about stillbirth was praised for shedding light on the experience as she shared photos of herself and her husband grieving in hospital after their son was born and passed away.

She wrote at the time: “We were shocked and felt a deep sense of pain that you’ve only heard of, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before.
“We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite having bags and transfusion bags. It just wasn’t enough.”
In February, she revealed that she was “deep in another cycle of IVF to save as many eggs as possible and hopefully produce some healthy embryos”.
Teigan hinted at the IVF process they went through to conceive in her Instagram post, which involved a leg bruised from the injection.
