Newiz announced One Senran Kagura: New Link cross for BrownDust2. Now, everyone can get the recurring characters Hikage, Yomi, Yozakura, and Yumi and experience a special event until October 31, 2024.
All four BrownDust2 word character Senran Kagura are the heroines who star in the series, in addition to being the main characters in the Japanese mobile game New link. Yomi and Hikage are Hebijo heroines who have been around since the first 3DS game. Both Yozakura and Yomi are Gessen ninjas who first appeared in Senran Kagura: Shinovi vs. on Vita.
Everyone will receive Yomi: Gentle Destroyer, Yomi’s SR gear, UR gear, and six free skins for participating in this event. However, while Hikage, Yozakura, and Yumi SR gear will be given away for free, those characters, UR gear, and outfits will be available on the gacha banner. Note that after the event, costumes will not be available in the Powder of Hope Store and you will not be able to purchase equipment.
The official announcement lists details about all four characters and what we can expect from them. This is their property.
- Hikage: Cruel Kind – 5-star wind unit that deals physical damage.
- Yomi: Gentle Destroyer – 5-star wind unit that deals physical damage.
- Yozakura: Fist of Conviction – 5-star Wind unit that deals magic damage.
- Yumi: Dancing Snowflake – 5-star Water Champion that deals magic damage.
As for the story, it’s in one Senran Kagura Event packages. This period lasts until October 31, 2024. Seasonal events tied to it are the Shinobi Road shuriken minigame and True Orochi boss until October 17, 2024. This is also when the Hikage and Yozakura banners appear presently. The Akatsuki event involves smashing wooden dolls and fighting the Fiend Hunter boss from October 17 to 31, 2024. After that, Yumi banners will run.
