WORK RESPONSIBILITY:
- Oversaw the management and execution of showroom operations and maintenance including:
- Sell showroom samples + make sure the showroom reaches the level of CH2’s expectations
- Schedule and oversee the organization and cleaning of the showroom
- Organize, get approval and order office supplies
- Prepare for meetings and events in the gallery
- Monitor delivery, shipping, receiving, unpacking
- Administrative support for senior management and co-founders when needed
- Develop protocol and internal memo system for showroom scheduling/maintenance in NYC
- Maintain scheduling and calendars; internal calendar CH2 . included
- Support senior management with administrative meetings, travel and event arrangements
- Manage employee requests to the office and liaise with appropriate senior management for approval and coordination
- Prepare showroom space for meetings and appointments
- Manage sample trade + inventory through Mayvien
- Support team with sample loans and check-in/check-out on Mayvien
- Add a new sample collection to Mayvien and make sure your inventory is up to date
- Coordinate receiving and returning samples with customers
- Manage showroom appointments and coordinate with senior team on loan process and template availability between Press & VIP
- Assist with ideation and coordination of team building activities and office events
- Support logistics and coordinate external facing CH2 events including industry and community engagement events, Press Day, Fashion Week, etc.
