NEW DELHI: Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced on Monday that the Center had paused its presentation on Delhi government'S budget in a meeting on Tuesday. AAP tweeted a video of Kejriwal speaking on TV on Monday in which he said Delhi budget will not be tabulated on Tuesday. He charged that the Center was using up "gundagardi" and this was the first time in the country's history that a government's budget was halted.
