More information was shared about Rich Homie Quan’s cause of death
According to an exclusive report published by TMZ On Tuesday, October 1, the Fulton County Medical Examiner announced that Quan’s death was ruled accidental. The rapper’s real name is Dequantes Devontay Lamarreportedly died from a “toxic mixture of various drugs.”
Additionally, this is said to include “fentanyl, alprazolam, codeine and promethazine.”
Finally, the forensic examiner’s report confirmed that Mr. Quan’s body showed no signs of trauma.
