Catherine Zeta Jones53, and Michael DouglasThe 78-year-old celebrated another joint birthday in Sardinia over the weekend of September 25 and had a romantic helicopter ride over a stunning view at one point. The actress took to Instagram to share a video of them sitting in their seats on a helicopter and looking thrilled to be in the air. “It’s our birthday! Happy birthday honey,” Catherine said while filming the video, first about herself and then about her husband. “Happy birthday, honey,” he replied with a smile before she panned the camera to the window, showing their stunning view of the water.
Catherine looked beautiful in a white shawl, black hat and shade, while Michael wore a jacket, brown pants and a black cap. Fans were quick to comment after it was posted and send birthday wishes to both. Others commented on how happy they looked together.
In addition to the helicopter video, Catherine and Michael were also photographed walking around Sardinia after stepping off a friend’s yacht. Together they enjoyed a lavish and intimate dinner during the outing. They were joined by friends to help put special trip and seemed to be having a lovely time.
Catherine then took to Instagram again to share black and white photo her and her love blew out their birthday cake, on which were numbered 25 candles. “And it’s our birthday! Thank you for all your greetings. And Maria Fiennes for these adorable photos. Let the new year begin!! 😘” she wrote in the caption.
Before celebrating their birthday in Sardinia, Catherine and Michael had a summer getaway to Cannes, France. They attended the wedding of the Olympic skier Scotty James and social networks Go for a walk Chloe and Catherine were photographed looking incredible in their wedding attire. Her black dress with silver sequin stars all over it looked epic and she paired it with a silver sequin purse as she pulled her hair up in a carnival.
