CarsArrive Network unveiled an enhanced technology platform on December 22 designed to create faster, smoother and more seamless experiences for its customers, according to a news release.
The platform serves carriers, banks, vehicle lenders, and financial institutions who will benefit from innovations including migration from on-premises servers to the cloud, as well as the ability to implement new features or fix bugs with minimal downtime.
CarsArrive is a business unit of KAR Global, a used-vehicle wholesale digital marketplace operator (NYSE:KAR). CarsArrive provides an online marketplace where shippers and carriers get together and conduct business in a trusted and secure environment. Its North American automated vehicle service network includes more than 6,500 registered carriers representing more than 50,000 trucks.
Michael Briggs, president of CarsArrive, said: “Customers want instant, reliable access to their vehicles and real-time updates on their vehicle’s status and location – so we do. The CarsArrive platform development also includes a brand new mobile app, which the company expects to launch in early 2022. The app will feature an easy-to-use interface and open, offline capabilities. further broaden the user experience for customers and carriers.
The new platform upgrade provides customers and carriers with little to no system delay when introducing new features. Updates can go into production without interruption – allowing business to run as usual. The platform also works on the latest framework, providing better performance and security for all parties.
