A few days later – marching to the beat of the drums that Haslam began to play – a few disgusting “adults” showed up at the stadium to “support” their star midfielder. There was a man selling T-shirts that read “BITCH GIVE ME A MASSAGE!” in team colors, along with what appears to be a father-son duo appearing with the signs “FUCK THEM HOES” and. “FREE WATSON.”

In addition to the purpose of reminding that the Browns are a franchise that will always welcome talented players who have ever done bad things to women, Haslam gave every man – and woman – who doesn’t trust women or always Given that they are lying about unwanted sex action or progress has been made against them, giving the green light to act like that is a conversation about acquisition when it’s just about revenue.

If Watson weren’t good at football, Haslam wouldn’t have signed him to the largest guaranteed deal in NFL history. He doesn’t care about Watson’s soul, he cares about his investment. And that’s not an opinion, it’s a fact.
“And you can say, ‘well that’s because he’s a star quarterback.’ Well, of course,” Haslam said on the real reason why the franchise stands behind Watson.
In a series of tweets last month, ESPN reporter Kimberley A. Martin documented some of the fan reactions to Watson in practice. The sight of the children frolicking towards him was frustrating. And it’s not the kids’ fault, it’s the parents’ fault. I mean, how else do you think they got there? Someone had to take them to practice so they could get an autograph and a pair of their “hero” shoes.
It’s a far cry from things that happened last summer for Watson, when he was caught on camera walking out on the field at a practice session in Houston Texans when he asked the media, “Why the do you always film me every day? It was exactly the same,” as if he was not the reason why he had at least 24 sexual misconduct lawsuits filed against him.
The way you walk and talk changes when you realize that you are Teflon in the eyes of your team owner.
Over the next few months, it will be interesting to see how fans – of all ages – react to Deshaun Watson. Will he be booed on the street and supported at home? Or in a few months people will “switch” to focus solely on football?
But what we do know is that the kids who held up signs and asked for autographs from Watson were there for their parents. And when you realize that one day those kids will become parents, you begin to understand how this cycle continues.
