Brian Austin Green Denies Vanessa Marcil Alleged Child Support Complaint – Hollywood Life
Brian Austin Green says he’s setting a straight record of his custody battle with his ex Vanessa Marcil. The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, 49, took to his Instagram Story on October 13, where he appeared to accuse his ex of lying about their 2003 breakup and the subsequent battle for a son. Cassius, now 20.
“Just heard that my ex has claimed that I spent years taking her to court and asking for child support,” he wrote under a court document. “Then how am I the Answerer???”
Court papers appear to show Vanessa as the petitioner in the case and he is the defendant, causing Smallville to add tags, #factsisfacts and #thetruthshallsetyoufree. However, it is still unclear exactly what he responded to. Vanessa has not publicly addressed their issues in recent years.
The Daytime Emmy Award winner accused Brian of estranged from her son in November 2018. At the time, she stated, “12 years ago, I was served with legal papers and then spent 8+ years defending myself and my son in detention court in response to his dad and stepmother [Megan Fox] try to get full custody of the children (meaning I get to see my son four days a month) and then ask me to pay child support for them. They lost that lawsuit & civil lawsuit for 200,000 ”.
She added that she “never asked for any form of child support,” and “never tried to take away any time Kass’ father saw him. When.”
Brian did not comment at the time, but Kassius will enjoy a visit with his father in July 2019. Vanessa hinted that they are all on good terms in a September 2020 Instagram post. , which reads: “My son was finally invited back into his dad’s life and was finally able to meet his youngest brother and finally see his other two siblings. My son is also an amazing big brother.”
Brian also has three sons with ex Megan Fox. The actors, who got married in 2010 and finalized their divorce in 2021, shared Noah, ten, Bodhi, 8 and Journeys, 6.
The Dancing with the stars Alum just added another boy to the herd. He welcome son Zane3 months, with girlfriend Sharna Burgess37 years old, back in June 2022. The couple have been together since late 2020.
Brian joked about his big friend with Tonight’s reception back in July. He said, “I mean, I have five kids, and we joke about the fact that I’ve got a station wagon, so now I have [to get] a Yukon Denali. If I had another one, I would move to, say, a school bus or something. “
While Brian is a pro when it comes to parenting, an EXCLUSIVE source tells HollywoodLife that Sharna always knew that she wanted motherhood. Back in the spring, the source told us, “She absolutely adores the boys and loves seeing Brian being a great dad to them.
“That’s one of the reasons she feels so lucky because she knows he’ll be a great role model for their child.” The source went on to say that the dancer “loves every moment of this process and can’t wait to start the next chapter with her family.”
