Atlanta Braves Midfielder Marcell Ozuna was arrested and charged with DUI and Failure to Maintain Lane, Atlanta’s CBS 46 reports. According to reports, Ozuna was booked into the Gwinnett County Jail at 4:39 a.m. The Braves have yet to comment on the matter.
This is the second time in the past 15 months that Ozuna has been arrested. 31 years old is arrested in June 2021 for assault and battery charge, which resulted in a lengthy administrative leave and Ozuna eventually received a suspension in effect again under the domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse policy MLB’s cousin.
