Brandi Boyd and Max Lux reveal their infant son has passed away

Brandi Boyd And Max Lux grieving the sudden passing of her youngest child. Couples who welcome baby Lux in November, took to Instagram on Tuesday (March 7) the tragic news.

“Praying for Brandi and my family…we lost our baby yesterday and are facing the hardest challenge I have ever known,” Max wrote. “Please be mindful of your comments about my Brandi. TBH I won’t even post about this but instead you get more information from me than anyone else.

Although Max has not revealed the reason behind the infant’s death, Brandi has been vocal about their son’s health problems since giving birth prematurely in November. Max’s post seems to suggest that a few months old baby stops breathing with no bad actions involved.

“Lil Lux is over. We and the emergency response team tried our best to resuscitate him but failed and this is a tragedy. There was no offense and everyone was hurt, especially myself. I mean damn, my last post my best friend passed and now this… if you’re going to fight us now is the time to be famous,” wrote Max.

Brandi also shared a message on Tuesday – begging Baby Lux for a sign from above.

“We need you, we love you. Send us a sign. Visiting brothers and sisters in [their] Sleep. Let us know [you’re] warm in the sky. I can’t believe I’m typing these words. Please pray for my family. #BabyLux. Send me the strength to keep going. I have to be strong for your brothers and sisters,” Brandi wrote.

On Wednesday, Brandi shared another Baby Lux video with the caption about remembering her son’s smell, smile, cry and energy.

Brandi Boyd and Max Lux’s son was scheduled to undergo surgery before his death

On February 19, Boyd revealed on Instagram that Baby Lux had about six days left before the surgery. However, at that time, she said that the infant was “Fight [a] hard cold, hard,” which means the surgery will likely have to be rescheduled. Her post did not give any explanation behind the surgery.

But that’s not the first social media post to mention surgery. Brandi also posted a message on February 5 for parents of young children in need of medical surgery.

“To all the parents out there, stay strong when your child has surgery at such a young age. Present [put] sleeping feels so scary, and [they’re] too little. I admire your strength. This has been difficult for us but will never lose faith and just speak positivity and life to this earthly angel,” Boyd wrote on a photo of crying baby Lux.

It is unclear whether Baby Lux received the medical procedure before her death on Monday (March 6). Although the baby was born prematurely, the family was not allowed to bring Lux home until December. Brandi shared a video of herself and her four children on December 26.

A few weeks ago, on November 9, Boyd revealed that her water broke and she was “not feeling well” with the “anxiety and fear.” From there, she shares updates on her struggles and early successes in milk production while Baby Lux remained in the NICU.

By November 26, the baby was “manage without CPAP machine and maintain temperature,” according to Boyd’s mother.

Sending the Boyd family love and healing during this difficult time!
