Boosie & TI Set Their Sons Up For Using Guns In A Music Video


Oh my gosh! The internet is reacting to this. Boosie And TI recently checked on their son, Tootie Raww And King Harris. A viral video shows veteran rappers questioning why their kids are using real guns as props in music videos.

Boosie & TI Call Their Sons Out As Props

The trending video, which was collected and shared by The Shade Room, begins with Tip shouting loudly in a group of people. King, Boosie, and Tootie Raww all appear in the viral clip.

“Treat me the way you would treat yourself,” TI said and walked away from the group. Boosie then interjected and said, “Why do you guys have so many guns, man?” Why do you guys always have to have guns?

TI added, “What’s with the gun, man?” while standing next to Boosie.

King Harris then responded, “It’s not illegal to own a gun.” But TI didn’t back down, adding that the “manner” and “lifestyle” King allegedly portrayed in the music video made gun ownership seem illegal. In response, Boosie let the boys know he wouldn’t support the video. TI agreed.

“What kind of parents support their children when they slide, ride and jump…” Tip said before asking the crew who would take ownership of the guns on set if the police arrived.

“…Who’s raising their hand?” he asked.

Both Boosie and T.I. then began to inquire about what legal trouble King Harris and Tootie Raww could get into for bringing guns onto the set, especially if there were any drugs present. However, King denied having any drugs.

“That’s a felony, thank you!” TI loudly declared.

Tip then asks Tootie and King why their music doesn’t focus on anything other than the gangster lifestyle, like “love.” Someone replies, “So do we” before the video cuts off. Check out the interaction between father and son below.

Tiny & Social Media Responds to Dads’ Concerns

Boosie and TI’s reactions seem to come from experience, as both have had legal troubles involving guns. In 2009, TI was sentenced to one year in prison for gun-related crimes after completing 1,000 hours of community service and traveling the country to advocate for the dangers of drugs, guns and gangs. according to Reuters. Meanwhile, in July, Boosie has spoken after being charged a second time with gun possession.

In the Shade Room Comments sectionclip circulating received more than 8,000 written responses, many praising the fathers for checking out their sons through the props in the music video. Little Harris also entered the conversation to clarify source of clip

“This is old! It’s from a TV show Tip & Boosie did with their sons! Wish you could watch all the episodes. They’re so funny but still instill father-son values! You guys are so crazy about King so fast,” Tiny wrote.

@iamspectacular wrote, “This is why fatherhood is important. Lead your children kings.”

“A perfect example of ‘learning from your mistakes’” @jls417 wrote.

“Both Boosie and Tip went to jail and told you the truth. That’s the right way to raise kids here,” @unemployed.mike added.

Radio host Ebro also weighed in, writing: “First of all, why are you guys rapping? There are too many rappers. Second of all, why are you guys lying, just be yourself. Third of all, that’s why a brother, Domani, is famous…. Be yourself. And also… like it.”
