‘Bombs of Virtue’ – La La Land Woke Wheel Expose
This reporter left the art world for one simple reason.
Two, really.
I couldn’t draw hands or feet, which limited my career prospects as an illustrator. Plus, I love cinema more than anything and I want to be a professional film critic.
No profession pays well, but the latter feels like a dream worth pursuing. And I did, eventually becoming a true critic at The Washington Times.
Now, I watch the movie again here and other places from a conservative point of view. Except for the movie and mine fellow film critics has changed over the years.
In short, they have woken up. And we all know what happened next.
“Virtue bombs: How Hollywood woke up and lost its soul“Capture that sad decline. It was my original shout out against a trend that has infiltrated every aspect of our lives but has risen to its head in unique ways in La La Land:
“Virtue Bombs” connects all the necessary points, shaping an industry at war with itself… and consumers.
What can you expect from the book? Chapters about film critics ignoring Siskel & Ebert’s advice, how Disney tries to cancel Gina Carano but she persists, and more. “Virtue Bombs” also includes a shocking behind-the-scenes look at how the waking madness is directly affecting artists and the work they create.
We also talk to comedians who refuse to follow the awakened new rules, and how their comic book colleagues are often the ones trying to undo them.
The book captures it all, but I hope readers will come up with a different, equally important message. Hollywood problems. It can bring us all together, distract us from the pains of everyday life, and illuminate the human condition like no other art form can.
And it is being destroyed from within.
I changed my career path to the Hollywood I love, to cheer the spirits of the best and steer readers away from the bad guys.
I want Hollywood to come back and I hope “Virtue Bombs” is a small step towards making that happen.
I hope you will give”Virtue Bomb“One look and please let a friend know about it. Maybe two.
