Demon’s Souls, a remake of the 2009 game of the same name and the PS5 launch title, is available now for $30 at GameStop and Amazon.
Like many other Black Friday PlayStation deals, this is the lowest we’ve ever seen Demon’s Souls on sale for. It was released in 2020 and has since been periodically discounted. The lowest price the physical version has ever dropped, previously, was around $40. It should be noted that Walmart and Amazon sold it for $25 the day before, but when Walmart sold out, Amazon raised the price back to $29.
For those who want to experience the full Soulsborne games, Demon’s Souls is a remake of the first Souls game. In GameSpot Demon’s Souls Review, reviewer Tamoor Hussain praised the game for its faithful adaptation of a classic and technical prowess. “There’s much to praise about the Demon’s Souls remake. It’s a remarkable technical performance for PlayStation 5,” said Hussain. “A gripping gameplay experience that oscillates between excitement, tension, and downright heartbreak; and faithfully recreates the popular title that gave birth to the Soul-like subgenre.”
Other PlayStation games on sale include Knight of Gotham, Ghost of Tsushima director’s cutand Marvel’s Spider-Man Miles Morales Final Edition.
