Chandler Powell, Bindi Irwin’s husband was hospitalized with tonsillitis.
The 25-year-old former athlete had his tonsils removed this week and praised his beloved wife for being by his side.
Chandler, who married Bindi in 2020, shared a photo of himself and Wildlife Warrior, 24, smiling in their hospital bed after the procedure.

He said Bindi’s mother Terri Irwin, 58, took care of their daughter Grace, one of them, while he was in hospital recovering.

Bindi, along with brother Robert and mother Terri Irwin, have vowed to continue the legacy of late father Steve Irwin through their work at Zoo Australia and their conservation efforts.
Steve, known by millions around the world as ‘Crocodile Hunter’, died on September 4, 2006, aged 44 after being stabbed in the chest by a stingray barb while filming a documentary at Batt Reef, Queensland.
Bindi was only eight years old then.
