Biden is still testing POSITIVE for coronavirus his doctor said after the president returned to work
President Joe Biden ‘unsurprisingly’ tested positive for COVID-19 on Sunday after his case recovered over the weekend.
An update by White House Doctor Kevin O’Connor states Biden is feeling well and has not noted any change, continuation, appearance or presence of symptoms related to his coronavirus case.
Biden tested positive for COVID-19 again on Saturday after testing negative last week and returned to work in person after just a week of being quarantined and working at the White House residence.
Guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention state that five days after initial diagnosis, a person without symptoms can end isolation.
It’s unclear if any treatment will be available, but O’Connor noted only that he will continue to monitor his condition and report to the White House.
